Booking Policies

At MetanNails, I value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. Please review our updated policies before booking:

💳 Payment

• All services require a non-refundable deposit of $25 to secure your appointment.

• The deposit will be credited toward your service.

• Prices listed are starting rates and may increase depending on the service.

⏰ Arrival & Late Policy

• Please arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period.

• After 15 minutes, your appointment is automatically canceled, and the deposit is non-refundable.

• Upon arrival, text (312) 785-6665 to notify that you are here. Wait until you are invited in, as another client may still be in session.

📆 Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee (charged to the card on file).

• Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

• Deposits are only transferable if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours prior.

• Same-day cancellations/reschedules require a new appointment and deposit.

🚫 Guests

• No extra guests or children allowed during appointments.
  Thank you for your understanding.

🔁 Service Policy

• I may make an exception to work over another nail tech’s work, depending on the condition.

• If not approved, a soak-off will be required for an additional $15 before new services can begin.

• After 2 fills, a full set is required.

• Add-ons may increase the set price.

• After 6 weeks, you must book a full set.

🛍️ Press-On Nail Orders

• Same-day orders for press-on nails will incur an additional fee.
